Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. Your right to opt out

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Some U.S. states with comparable laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others — provide similar opt-out rights, and we honor those requests on the same basis.

This page explains what an opt-out means and how to submit one to CleaningQuotes.pro, operated by Ceviche Digital LLC.

2. What "sale" or "sharing" means here

CleaningQuotes is a lead-routing service. When you submit a quote request, we share your information with Lead Prosper, which distributes it to aggregator buyers (currently Astoria, conXpros, and Service Direct), which in turn route it to cleaning companies that contact you with quotes. Under the CCPA / CPRA, this transfer of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration may be considered a "sale," and the use of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing."

When you opt out, we will stop selling and sharing your personal information for those purposes. As a practical matter, opting out generally means your quote request cannot be routed to cleaning companies through our service — opting out will, in most cases, prevent us from delivering the quote-request service for that submission.

3. How to opt out

You can submit an opt-out request by:

  • Email: Send a message to support@cleaningquotes.pro with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include your full name, the email address and phone number you used (or would use) to submit a request, and your ZIP code so we can locate your record.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out for the browser and device making the request.

We will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally fifteen business days for CCPA / CPRA opt-outs).

4. Verification

For most opt-out requests we do not require formal identity verification. For requests that ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information (see Section 6), we will need to verify your identity by matching the information you provide against information we already hold, and we may ask follow-up questions before responding.

5. Authorized agents

California residents may use an authorized agent to submit requests. The agent must provide written proof that you authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may contact you directly to confirm.

6. Other privacy rights

In addition to opting out, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and "sell" or "share."
  • Access a copy of your personal information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not currently use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right).

For details on what we collect, why, and with whom we share it, see our Privacy Policy. To exercise any of these rights, email support@cleaningquotes.pro with the subject line "California Privacy Request" (or the equivalent for your state).

7. Non-discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised any of your privacy rights, except where the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data (for example, if opting out of sharing prevents us from routing your quote request to cleaning companies, that is a function of how the service works, not a penalty).
